Medium Weight to Light Weight Quilting or Cotton Fabrics, gingham and other light weight washable blends. Also suitable for material with some stretch content up to 10%. Petticoat made with soft/medium stiff tulle AND nylon chiffon of matching colour for end peekaboo ruffle.
Anything Else?
The pattern is designed for use with a sewing machine. An overlocker is not required however additional instructions are provided on when a serger can be used. If you are only after a pettiskirt pattern - don't buy this one!! there are some free tutorial just google. A rotary cutter is highly recommended. This is an intermediate pattern as a zipper will inserted into the dress - there is a photo tutorial on the website if you get stuck!
